A mediation service that offers a statute mandated, CONFIDENTIAL conflict resolution process.  This is accomplished through informal 3rd party conversations where individuals involved in a dispute are in complete control of the outcome. 

Facilitative.  This method focuses an informal 3rd party conversations to reach peaceful resolutions.  It focuses on the parties to a conflict controlling suggestions for resolution, the end result and agreement made, if any.  Mediation is by far a less expensive and more individual centered process than going to court to resolve any dispute.

The Mediator offers a FREE 15 to 20 minute consultation in person, over zoom, phone or FaceTime to allow parties to ask questions.  The Mediator charges a reasonable hourly rate or flat fee.
