How We Mediate
Our Mission
Our mission is to help individuals achieve
peaceful clarity and resolution to difficult issues through out-of-court neutral 3rd party, facilitated and confidential conversation.
Our Focus
Our focus is EMPATHY for all individuals involved in stressful disputes while maintaining CONFIDENTIALITY and IMPARTIALITY in resolving their disagreement. It is hoped that all parties involved will come to an agreement and settle their conflict in this informal, out-of-court setting. Whether an agreement is reached or not, only mediations where all parties are equally heard, understood and take an active part in are deemed successful.
Our Process
- A pre-mediation intake meeting is held to familiarize the parties w/the process and case specifics, exchange pertinent documents and explore possible conflicts of interest, if any.
- Mediation begins. An informal meeting wherein parties come together, either in person or over zoom, to begin an informal conversation in hopes of resolving the conflict.
- Confidential negotiations hopefully come to a satisfactory resolution to all parties involved.
- If the conflict is resolved, a mediation agreement is memorialized in writing and signed for parties to take to their respective counsel for advisement and the mediation is concluded.
Areas of Expertise
Willa Bundy graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science/Pre-Law, with a Basic Mediation training certificate from the University of Utah. Through 35 years as an employer, real estate developer and owning various businesses, she has negotiated and mediated conflicts in business in the following areas:

She also taught healthy, effective co-parenting skills in high-conflict family dynamics for years. She produced, wrote and co-directed Gravity Matters, an in-home parenting system w/original music, movie and manuals, offering tools that emphasize early education, good nutrition, physical fitness, cleanliness, and moral/value teaching at home.
